Kitchen Fire Detection & Suppression System

KitchenShield System is a pre-engineered, wet chemical based indirect low-pressure system with a fixed nozzle agent distribution network. KitchenShield provides rapid flame knockdown and helps prevent fire reignition from cooking oils and greases. KitchenShield is specially designed as the ultimate protection from kitchen fires.

Kitchen Shield Extinguishing Agent

This extinguishing agent has a significant influence on the extinguishing result (especially in the case of grease fires) but also factors such as the corrosive behavior and performance have been taken into account when selecting a suitable agent.

It combines the perfect extinguishing properties of a foam agent with an optimized biological tolerance. It is fully biodegradable and is therefore not classified as hazardous waste. In addition, it does not attack any materials during use and is tolerable to the skin.

02. Application
This extinguisling agent will fight grease-releted fires as found in restaurant appliances and ventilating equipment. It should not be used for fires involving energized electrical hazards. It is diluted with water for use as a fire extinguishing agent.
